This is an agreement and policy between you (“customer”) and RevTI which you must obey when you are using our web hosting and domain name registration.

RevTI may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you or 3rd party using your account to do activity that violate our policy.

RevTI may change its policy and this agreement at anytime, we request you to check this page regularly.

Payment

• All payments must be in full amount as shown on our price list.
• Payment for renewal must be done several days before expiry date to prevent suspension.
• All payments are non-refundable.

Domain Name Registration

• RevTI will register domain name after we receive the payment.
• RevTI are not being liable for any loss due to client’s fault on late domain renewal.
• Domain registration and management can be done from http://domain.revti.com
• RevTI didn’t guarantee on availability of a domain name

Web Hosting

• RevTI will activate your hosting account after we receive the payment.
• RevTI will notify you when your hosting and domain name are about to expire.
• RevTI have the right to suspend your account due to late payment. Customer are given 7 days to pay all the invoice, failure to do so will cause your account being deleted from our server.

Website Content

• RevTI are not responsible for customer’s website content.
• RevTI are not being liable for all loss due to cracking, hacking, defacement, denial of service, act of God or any policy changes by our ISP.
• RevTI are not being liable for all data loss due to customer’s programming mistakes.
• RevTI will do account backups for internal purposes, customer are suggested to do their own backup by using the backup tool on our hosting control panel.
• Backup restore request will be charged for administrator fee.

Website Content Which is Not Allowed

• Illegal adult content or child pornography is not allowed in our network.
• Illegal content such as warez, crack, serial number or cracked ISO image are not allowed in our network.
• Copyrighted material such as mp3, software, image, and logo are not allowed in our network without written permission from original creator or owner of the copyright.
• Gambling or money game websites are not allowed.
• Customer is not allowed to store script or information related on hacking, cracking and carding.
• Customer are not allowed to store or run malicious scripts such as Trojan, Worm, Virus, Sniffer, Exploit, Scanner, PsyBNC, EggDrop, Bot IRC, telnet emulator.

Prohibited Activity

• Customer is not allowed to send SPAM, Mail Bombing or any activity which disturb others.
• Customer is not allowed to advertise their website by sending SPAM or mass mail to mailing lists.
• Customer is not allowed to run scripts which using significant server resources for long period.
• Customer is liable for any illegal activity done using their account.
• Torrent and P2P download client are not allowed.
• Downloader scripts such as RapidLeech are not allowed.

Virtual Private Server and Dedicated Server

Below are rules for VPS and Dedicated Server customer

• Service Termination
  Customer must give 7 days notice to RevTI in the case customer want to cancel their VPS or dedicated server.
• Server Resources
  If customer’s server is excessively using the network resources, RevTI may put limit or server suspension without notice.
• Server Security
  Customer is responsible for their server’s security.

Customer Support

• RevTI will only support its direct customers and not reseller’s customers.
• RevTI didn’t give any support for 3rd party software, customer are suggested to contact respective software developer.
• RevTI will charger for administration fee if customer wants special technical support.
